COMPACT SERIES REVERSE OSMOSIS

Reverse osmosis water treatment provides the finest level of filtration. The RO membrane acts as a barrier to all salts and inorganic molecules, as well as organic molecules with a molecular weight greater than approximately 100.

By applying a pressure that exceeds the osmotic pressure, the reverse effect occurs. Fluids are pressed back through the membrane, while dissolved solids stay behind.

Aguapuro offers very compact reverse osmosis water treatment plant which includes Micron bag filter, Micron cartridge filter, Antiscalent dosing system, High pressure pump, Reverse osmosis membrane with pressure tube, post UV Sterlizers with lamp and jackets, SS skid for mounting units, Electrical control panel and accessories etc.

Treated water quality is continuously monitored on the TDS meter provided with the system. System comes with capacity of 100 LPH and 200 LPH units crafted in a stainless-steel square tube cased to have corrosion free lifelong operation. System can be installed in any corner where raw water inlet is available with required pressure and flow rate.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND PREOPERATING CONDITIONS
  • Output per hour is dependent on infeed raw water parameter
  • Membrane array is based on 2000 ppm TDS of raw water and may change
  • Average recovery through the reverse osmosis unit would be 50-85% (Feed TDS dependant)
  • RO system would reduce TDS upto 90-95% of the in-feed water
